PBB Batch 1, Ito Na Sila Ngayon


Pinoy Big Brother is one of the most famous reality TV shows that produced many famous celebrities nowadays both in film and TV series. The first ever season of the reality TV show was first aired in 2005, and believe it or not, most of the housemates that joined the competition back in the day are now big and successful names in the industry now.

Despite treading on different paths and careers now, the first batch of PBB housemates mentioned that Bahay ni Kuya definitely occupies a big space on their hearts.

Nene Tamayo. Emerging as the first ever Big Winner of the competition for its first season, she mentioned that she had no intentions of entering the showbiz industry and decided to focus on establishing a business. She was offered TV appearances however and was featured on the show called “U Can Dance” where she met her partner and husband Anthony Plamio, her dance partner. The couple was blessed with a son named Antonio. Nene now owns Nene Prime Foods which is a bottled-food business that offers pickled chili, eight-spiced tuyo, and spanish-style bangus sardines.PHOTOSOURCE:Youtube

 

Jayson Gainza. The Banana Split actor and comedian Jayson is one of the mainstay celebrities in showbiz who came from the PBB house. He landed second place in the show, and his humor landed him a career in showbiz as a comedian. Franzen Fajardo.  Franzen was remembered as one of the funniest and most amusing housemates in the PBB house. He was considered as the most “pasaway” in the batch which led him to receive a forced eviction from the house for a number of violations. Say Alonzo. Say tried her hands in acting and hosting after PBB then eventually marries Ryan Tordesillas. She now manages a business and is a full-time mom taking care of her two sons Asher and Austin.PHOTOSOURCE: INSTAGRAM/Say Alonzo
